SECPRO ensure that all security personnel are qualified, have appropriate and sufficient training, accreditation, experience in non-violent crises prevention, conflict resolution, enforcing trespassing bylaws, ability to deal with potential hostile and difficult situations.

All security personnel deployed will be licensed under the PSPLA (Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority) and carry accredited ID badges (COA's)
